Sanketh Balakrishna will share his experience in establishing a platform team at Datadog focused on data replication. Beginning as a Senior Engineer working on a proof of concept (POC) for Postgres to Elasticsearch replication, Balakrishna helped address early use cases for product teams. He later transitioned to a Manager role, expanding the team and broadening the product vision.
