Presented by Karen Jex at PGConf.dev 2025 The PostgreSQL Europe Diversity Task Force was created in 2024, with the goal of improving diversity and inclusion within the community. I’ll talk about why the task force is needed, introduce you to the Diversity Committee (the group of volunteers guiding the work of the task force), and tell you about some of the things we’ve done so far.
