Genworth’s journey began 6 years ago, with a search for an on-premises solution for Git. Initially starting with using Gitlab as a repository for code, but like a boiling pot, the developers began integrating more and more of our development process with Gitlab and out of the spaghetti pile of dev tools we were using. This started with just a handful of teams at Genworth, fast-forward to today, the entire organization is flocking to Gitlab.
